The RC2 ellipsometer features dual rotating compensator technology, making it a versatile solution for various applications in spectroscopic ellipsometry and Mueller matrix ellipsometry. It operates across a wide wavelength range, from ultraviolet (down to 210 nm) to extended near-infrared (up to 2500 nm).

- Fully automated sample translation or rotation stage for 300 x 300 mm mapping
- Automated variable angle transmission stage for transmission measurements
- Linkam Temperature Stage (Temperature range: -70°C to 600°C)

UV-VIS-NIR Spectrophotometer

Agilent Cary 5000 UV-VIS-NIR Spectrophotometer deliveries the measurements of transmission and reflection in the UV, visible, and near-IR (190 nm to 3300 nm). Modes of measurement include absolute specular reflection, diffuse scattering, . glossy scattering, direct transmission, scattered transmission and
partial scattered transmission.

Edinburgh FLS1000
Steady State & Time-resolved Photoluminescence Spectrometer

Edinburgh FLS1000 is a modular fluorescence and phosphorescence spectrometer for measuring spectra from the ultraviolet to the mid-infrared spectral range (up to 5,500 nm), and lifetimes spanning from picoseconds to seconds. Mode of Operation included spectral (Single Photon Counting), phosphorescence lifetime (Time-Resolved, Single Photon Counting, Multi-Channel Scaling) and fluorescence lifetime (Time-Correlated, Single Photon Counting)

- Excitation sources (Continous sources): Xenon Arc Lamp (230 nm to >1000 nm)
- Excitation sources (Picosecond pulsed diode laser): 375nm (65ps @10MHz), 450nm (90ps @10MHz)

Attolight Allalin
Time-resolved Cathodoluminescence Scanning Electron Microscope

The Allalin is a nanometer resolution spectroscopy instrument, based on a disruptive technology known as
quantitative cathodoluminescence that integrates a light microscope and a scanning electron microscope
(SEM) into one tool. The Allalin allows for “No Compromise” large field /fast scanning simultaneous SEM
imaging with hyperspectral or panchromatic CL maps.

- UV-Visible detector: Andor Newton, 200 - 1060 nm
- Time resolved multichannel detector: (Photocathode sensitivity over the range 200 - 900 nm )
- Nano-positioning stage including
- > Smaract Nanoprobes station (2 nanoprobes for electrical contacting)
- > Liquid Helium Cryostat Temperature from 10 to 320 K with precision 0.1K
